End User License Agreement

Grant

Subject to payment (where applicable) and these terms, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the DeployOS desktop application for the number of seats in your plan.

Updates

Paid plans include application updates released within one year of purchase (or for the lifetime of the product for Founder's Edition licenses). Versions released within your update window remain yours to use forever.

Restrictions

• No redistributing, renting, or sublicensing the software or license keys.
• No circumventing or tampering with license verification.
• Reverse engineering only to the extent a law expressly permits it.

Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Everything you deploy and manage with it remains entirely yours.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you materially breach it (e.g. key forgery or redistribution). Sections on ownership and liability survive termination.
