DeployOS is owned and operated by Appsdec Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms are a contract between you and Appsdec Limited.
DeployOS is a desktop application that manages servers you own or control, over SSH. We do not host your applications, store your code, or operate your infrastructure. The software runs on your computer; your servers remain entirely yours.
You need an account (a valid email address) to receive a license key including the free one. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything done with your license keys.
Paid licenses are one-time purchases that never expire. Each paid license includes one year of application updates from the date of purchase; continued updates can be renewed at a discount. Licenses are per person (or, for Team, per stated number of seats) and may not be resold or shared publicly.
DeployOS executes commands on your servers at your direction (deploys, deletions, firewall changes, backups and similar). You are responsible for reviewing what you run and for maintaining your own backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or downtime on infrastructure we do not operate.
The software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
