What we collect

• Account data your email address and name, used to create your account and deliver license keys.
• License records which plans were issued to your email, and when.
• Website analytics we use Google Analytics to see aggregate visitor traffic on mydeployos.com. It only runs after you accept the cookie banner; declining (or ignoring it) means no analytics cookie is ever set for you.

What we deliberately do NOT collect

• Your server credentials SSH keys and passwords live in your operating system's keychain on your computer and are never transmitted to us.
• Your code, environment variables, databases, or anything on your servers.
• License verification happens offline on your machine it doesn't depend on or report through telemetry.
• Automatic telemetry from the desktop app there is no crash-reporting SDK and no usage analytics embedded in it, deliberately, since it holds SSH keys to your infrastructure and we want as few things making network calls as possible.

If the desktop app crashes

A crash report (app version, OS, and the error) is saved to a file on your device only nothing is sent automatically. On the next launch you'll be asked whether to email that report to us; it only leaves your machine if you explicitly choose to send it, and it never includes your server credentials, code, or anything from your servers.

Emails

We send transactional email (license keys, sign-in links, renewal notices). Optional product news is opt-in and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Payment data

Purchases are processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and license records while your account exists. Email hello@mydeployos.com to delete your account license records required for tax/accounting may be retained where the law demands it.
